Refund Policy
The Short Version
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all PRISM purchases. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Why 7 Days (and Not 30)?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. The 7-day window gives you enough time to test PRISM in real sessions and decide if it's right for you. If it's not, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@konceptaudio.com from the email address on your account within 7 days of your purchase date. You don't need to explain yourself — but if you tell us what didn't work, we'll use it to make the product better.
What Happens
- We process the refund via Stripe within 1 business day.
- Funds appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Your PRISM license is revoked — the plugin stops processing audio after its next online check-in.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
After the 7-Day Window
All sales are final after the 7-day window has elapsed. We do not offer refunds for:
- Purchases older than 7 days;
- Change of mind after the window;
- Hardware incompatibilities not caused by PRISM (e.g., DAW crashes unrelated to PRISM, discontinued OS versions).
Exceptional Circumstances
If PRISM fundamentally does not work due to a bug we can't fix in a reasonable timeframe, we'll refund you regardless of the window. Reach out and we'll work it out.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks cost us the transaction fee plus a penalty regardless of outcome, and almost always result from issues we could have resolved directly. Accounts with filed chargebacks may be revoked.
